THE WEAVING (Aka Meabh Begley Trio) are formed from the rich musical traditions of Méabh’s home

region of Corca Dhuibhne, featuring Méabh Begley on button accordion, Owen Spafford on fiddle

and Cáit Ní Riainon on piano. Their musical expression and styling springs from the Gaeltacht of

West Kerry, the fierce dance music and raw harmonies made possible by a deep understanding of

the Irish language.
